Why We Started IT Career Samjho
For many years, we have been speaking with students about IT careers. Again and again, we noticed the same problem.
Students wanted guidance. But they were confused.
- Parents gave advice.
- Friends gave advice.
- Relatives gave advice.
- Social media gave advice.
- Training institutes gave advice.
But very few people helped students understand themselves first.
That is why IT Career Samjho was created.

Meet The Founder
Mr. Naresh Khandare
Student Counsellor Since 2005
Mr. Naresh Khandare has been guiding students since 2005. Over the years, he has spoken with thousands of students and parents.
During these conversations, he noticed one common problem. Many students were choosing IT courses without understanding the IT career behind them.
Some students later realized they had selected the wrong path. This inspired him to create IT Career Samjho.
The goal was simple.
Help students understand first. Choose later.
